This support article was created for new and existing AntiPhish customers that need to send us user data.
To run a simulated phishing campaign, we need an up to date list of names and email address. Your account manager will ask you to send it via email, Egress Switch or direct SFTP connection.
It is essential that user data is sent to us in an encrypted format, with the passphrase sent via another medium. Eg. You send an email with an encrypted attachment, but the password is given to your account manager by phone or to our customer support channel here.
Never send encrypted user data and the passphrase using the same communication medium.
