Symantec.Cloud/MessageLabs - Guidance

This support article is for AntiPhish customers who want to whitelist our simulated phishing emails with Symantec.Cloud / MessageLabs.

1. Log on to your cloud dashboard. Go to ‘Services’ and then ‘Anti-Spam’.

2. Make sure ‘Global Settings’ is selected.

3. Add a new entry by pressing ‘Add Entry’.

4. Add our phishing server details:

5. Describe the entry, something like “AntiPhish Global Sender”.

6) Save.
