Customising Templates
This support article is for AntiPhish customers that would like to utilise such a feature in their campaign.
Some of our phishing simulations have a stronger impact when they utilise additional information that is personal to your organisation.
- Navigate to Templates in the left menu to view our range of simulation templates.
- Template thumbnails allow you to 'ADD TO BASKET' from this page, or 'SELECT OPTIONS'. Templates with customisable content display 'SELECT OPTIONS'.
- Click 'SELECT OPTIONS' on your chosen template.
- Complete the customisation form on your chosen product.
- Add the template to your basket.
- Once you have added all of your templates for your campaign, click to view your basket by clicking the basket icon in the top right corner.
- You can review the customisation for your templates in the basket before clicking Proceed to checkout.
TIP: To see where your customised content will be displayed, cycle through the image gallery on a template page. Red text will be replaced by your customisation choices.
If you wish to customise an email template that doesn't currently have customisation options, please contact us and tell us your requirements, making sure to reference the template SKU along with your requested changes.
