Whitelisting Basics

This support article is about the basics of whitelisiting ready for your AntiPhish campaign.

It is important that you whitelist our phishing servers in order to prevent our emails and training notifications from being blocked or filtered into your spam folder.

We also recommend whitelisting our domain or IP addresses in your cloud-based spam filter.

Get Your Unique Header

Your account manager will provide you a unique email header to process your incoming simulated phishing emails. The unique email header will be in your welcome documentation. The email header will look like X-ANTIPHISH-HF3R (Please do not use this example). When you receive it, keep it safe and don't share this information publicly.

If you have not received your header or want to arrange for it to be renewed, contact us here.

Follow The Guides

The support pages here have guides on how to whitelist our simulated phishing emails with many common systems. You may want to set these up on your own. This is fine and our support team will help you if you get stuck.

Consultant Led Setup
