Mimecast - URL Protection

This support article is for AntiPhish customers who want to whitelist our simulated phishing emails with Mimecast.

Mimecast analyse inbound links and their software determines if the link is malicious. In AntiPhish simulations this could cause false positives clicks. It's easy to turn off for our simulated phishing campaigns.

1. Log on to your Mimecast administrator area.

2. Click on the 'Administration' button.

3. Click on Gateway/Policies in the menu. Then choose 'URL Protection Bypass' from the list of policies, then select New Policy.

4. Fill in the details for the new policy, the example settings will help.

5. When asked for a source IP, please provide 142.93.32.36
